SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) met with the Iraqi prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, said a statement on Friday.
The commerce chamber of Sulaimani in a statement revealed that the KRG’s union met with Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani as well as Fuad Hussien, the Minister of foreign affairs.
The statement added that the meeting discussed the commercial issues and problems of the Kurdistan Region during which the meeting parties conveyed their proposals for a resolution and enhance the sectors of commerce and industry.
Meanwhile, in return, the prime minister promised to make efforts to resolve the issues in the nearby future, according to the statement.
