SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Baghdad International Airport has suspended flights on Saturday due to bad weather.

Passengers faced delays and cancellations at the airport after the airport said that they have suspended flights.

The decision to suspend the flights resulted from bad weather conditions as the visibility had been severely reduced since early morning to less than 200 meters due to an intense fog, engulfing the capital.

“Passengers will be informed of any developments related to air traffic at the airport,” the airport in a statement said.
