Iraqi Prime Minister to meet Emir of Kuwait

SULAIMANI (ESTA) —  The Iraqi Prime Minister headed to Kuwait for an official visit and he will meet top officials there, his office Wednesday said.

“Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani left Baghdad for Kuwait,” the Premier’s office said in a statement.

Both Ministers of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Industry and oil-rich city Basra governor, accompanied Sudani to Kuwait, according to the office.

“The Prime Minister is set to meet with the Emir of Kuwait, the Prime Minister, and the head of the Kuwaiti national assembly,” the office added in the statement.
