SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Iraq’s Foreign Minister concerning the Turkish and Iranian attacks on Wednesday said “Condemning and denouncing is no longer enough,” state media reported.

The Iraqi News Agency reported that Iraq has tasked a delegation to visit Iran as the country counties to bomb the border areas of the Kurdistan Region.

The delegation is led by National Security Advisor Qassim al-Araji, state media cited the Foreign Minister as saying.

In the light of steps taken by Iraq against Iranian “aggression” Fuad Hussein, Iraq’s Foreign Minister said the Iranian ambassador to Baghdad was summoned last Monday.

“We submitted a protest note to the United Nations and demanded an end to Iranian and Turkish attacks in the Kurdistan Region,” Hussein added.

“Condemning and denouncing is no longer enough,” the Iraqi Minister stressed.
