SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Gas leakage inside (Kastana) cafe and lounge in Sulaimani, which is located on the famous street of Salim, caused a blast in the early morning of Sunday, and five people were wounded at least, according to the city’s authorities.
Spokesman of Sulaiamani civil defense Rekan Aziz said, “the incident took place at 10:15 a.m. of local time, the blast caused by gas leakage”, and “Two of the cafe’s employees were wounded including three members of the civil defense teams as well, however, overall the wounds are mild”
This is the second incident of the blast that resulted from gas leakage in the Sulaimani’s cafes, not far from Kastana’s location, earlier on May 12, (lily) cafe and lounge crumbled completely after a gas leakage was detected, and nearly 13 people had severely wounded.
