Kurdish protesters hurl eggs at PM’s convoy in London

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Dozens of Kurds living in Britain pelted the cars of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani with eggs in London on Wednesday.

Barzani arrived in London on Monday to meet Britain’s top officials.

Dozens of Kurds gathered outside a building where the Kurdish premier stays in, raising their shoes and throwing eggs at the cars used by Barzani.

Police deployed to the area and detained an activist during the demonstration.
