SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Kurdish counter-terrorism forces have detained two “terrorists” in the Kurdistan Region, the directorate said on Thursday.

The counter-terrorism directorate said the two “terrorists” were arrested in one of the cities of the Kurdistan Region, without giving the name of the city.

The “terrorists” confessed that they were involved in “several terrorist acts” in Kirkuk and Hamrin mountains, it said in a post to its Facebook page.
